Return Policy

Returns
We accept returns within 30 days of purchase. Items must be unused, in their original condition, and in the original packaging. Proof of purchase is required. For returns, customers will be responsible for the shipping costs, unless the item is damaged or incorrect.

Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 5–10 working days.

Exchanges
We replace items only if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange an item for the same product, please contact us at procurement@rubberfitfloors.co.uk.

Non-Returnable Items
Custom orders and clearance items are not eligible for return. We are not responsible for damage caused by improper installation or use of our products. We are not liable for failure to perform due to events beyond our control (e.g. strikes, supply disruptions, natural events).

Shipping Costs
Shipping costs for returns are the customer's responsibility unless the item was incorrect or damaged. We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we cannot guarantee receipt of your return.
